He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnn; his grandparents, Jane Soldat, James and Eileen; and his nephew Gabriel Timmermann.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Marie Timmermann; his children, Ava Marie and Joseph Michael; his father David Soldat (Lana) of Lanark, IL; his siblings, Julie Sullivan (Barry) of Northbrook, IL and Brian Soldat (Jennifer) of St. Louis, MO; and also, Frank, Chris Timmermann of Chillicothe, IL, Michael Timmermann (Marybeth) of Greenville, IL, Ellie, Claire, Drew Sullivan, Kate, Matthew, George and Rose Timmermann. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the family for the benefit of Ava and Joey's education fund.
