He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leo, Eileen Christian, John and Gerry Kosko. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Kosko and Jan Kosko (Christian); his siblings, Laura Logan (Chad) of Metamora, IL and Matthew Kosko of Columbus, IN; and his girlfriend Christina Colville of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Christian Family Fund, which will make annual grants to the Purple Heart Foundation and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Peoria to help veterans nationally and those most in need in the Peoria area; or you may give to an animal rescue of the donor's choice.
