It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Wright of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Scherer and V. Marlette Scherer (Peck); her brother Mike Scherer; and her son David Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Sam Wright of Chillicothe; her children, James Wilson (Lisa) of Princeville, IL, Kim Ely (James) of Chillicothe, Jeff Wilson (Julie) of Peoria and Angie Birch (Mike) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Jamey Wilson, Josh Ely (Katelyn), Jessie Ely, Miranda Donnelly, Elizabeth Albers (James), Zachary Wilson (Lindsey), Abigail Wilson, Josie Birch and Braden Birch; and her great grandchildren, David Albers, Declan Ely and Joshua Wilson.
