Mattice; his son Philip McCullum of Bloomington, IL; his stepchildren, Paul Thomas (Annette) of Collinsville, IL, Debora Frasco (Daniel) of Peoria, IL and Rebecca Gibson (Dennis) of Chillicothe, IL; and his sisters, Carolyn Whittemore (Vernon) of Chillicothe, IL, Paulette Horton of Morton, IL and Cynthia Huggins (Charles) of East Peoria, IL.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
