Rhoads; his daughters, Stephanie Rhoads of Washington, IL and Julia Rhoads of East Peoria, IL; his stepson Matthew Taghen of Chillicothe, IL; his siblings, Greg Rhoads (Vicki) of Layton, UT, Karen Thompson (Todd) of Glendale, AZ and Kristin Boyer (Kent) of Peoria Heights, IL; and his granddaughters, Madison, Ava and Evelyn. He was also cherished by five nieces and three nephews.
