He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Batson and Marlynn Batson (Linden); and his sister Dot Batson. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Mills; his daughters, Makenna of Chillicothe, Brianne of Chillicothe and Morgan Batson of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Palmer Batson, Earnest Batson, Jr., Jo Langham, Michael Batson (Alice), Bridget Batson, Sean Batson and Brendan Batson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
