Clougherty of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 17, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Adams and Vennessa Adams (Turner); her husband Patrick J. Clougherty; her sons, Collin Clougherty (Hallie) of Dunlap and Cory Clougherty (Jodi) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Ashley, Vennessa, Aubreigh and Patrick Clougherty; her stepgrandchildren, Emily and Nathan Waldman; her brother T. Scott Adams (Barbara) of Normal; and her nieces, Stephanie Adams, Mollie McGee (Donnie) and Lindsey Adams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Chillicothe Township Senior Transportation Fund.
