She is survived by: her husband Richard Duckworth; her mother Mildred Whirrell (Pusey) of Hillsboro, TN; her sons, Michael Jolliff of Boonville, AR and Daniel Jolliff of Boonville, AR; her grandchildren, Michael, Mark and DJ Jolliff; her stepsons, Michael Duckworth (Dawn) of Indianapolis, IN and Marshal Bernard (Mindy) of Creve Coeur, IL; and her stepgrandchildren, Taylor, Kayla, Austin, Jaylyn, Justin, Stephen, Cody, Kali, Ayden and Andy.
