He is survived by: his spouses, Michaelina "Mikki" M. Michaels and Mikki Taylor of Chillicothe; his stepchildren, Gina White (Brian) of Chillicothe and Tony Prayne (Angela) of Edelstein; his grandchildren, Haley White, Taylor White, Cailin Jackson (Eric) of East Peoria, Lauren Divet and Jacob Prayne; his great grandchildren, Reagan, Claire and Paige; and his sister Ginger Magner of Peoria.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
