He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Perez of Chillicothe, IL, Kathleen Donath (Robert) of Chillicothe, IL and Sharon McCarthy (Bill) of Wake Forest, NC; his grandchildren, Eli Perez (Morgan), Nathan Perez, Joel Perez (Brittany), Rachel Perez, Megan Morrell (Jason), Joshua McCorkle, Hannah Zindel (Dylan), Isaac McCorkle (Cassie), Molly Ingraham (Kyle), Jacob McCarthy and Hayley McCarthy; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Isaiah, Ezekiel and Selah.
