He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert F. Butterworth and Helen Butterworth (Giles); and his sister Judy Keller Moore. He is survived by : his wife Kathryn E. Anderson; and his brother Mark Butterworth (Kellie Watson) of Hoopeston, IL. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
