With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Glen Richard Ostdiek (Clarendon Hills, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Glen left this world on October 27, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Kob of Chicago; his siblings, Joe, Marion, Bob, Mary Alice Meyer, Lou Ann Mitton and Julene Sullivan; and his parents, Hubert Ostdiek and Louise Ostdiek.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Kurtenbach, Mark, Karen Quisenberry, Judith Bowman and Patricia; and his siblings, Lee, Doris Bradley, Patricia Golka, Larry and Allen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (64 Norfolk Ave, Clarendon Hills, IL 60514). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
