He is survived by: his children, Jason Evans (April) of Mount Juliet, TN, Josh Sullens of Clay City and Jennifer Beach (Ken) of Avon, OH; and his grandchildren, Bailey Evans-Hunter (Robby), Anthony Banks, Daniel Evans and Holly Banks.
