She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel W. Frank and Mary Cathryn "Katie" Frank (Montgomery); her former life partner Joseph T. Hulsey; her husband Joe Hulsey; and her children, Cindy Cohen (Hulsey) and Joseph Frederich Hulsey (Vera) of Old Monroe, MO.
She is survived by : her daughter Deborah Miller of Sailor Springs; her son-in-law Ken Cohen (Marilee) of St. Louis; her stepdaughter Joyce Hamilton (late Alan) of House Springs, MO; her sister Inez "Deanne" Moseley of Clay City; her great grandchild Samantha Lagle; and her siblings, Alberta Gumbel (Frank), Robert Berlin Frank, Bonnie Eileen Gill (Frank), Zelma Blanche Crouse (Frank), Kathryn Milner (Frank), Samuel Frank Jr., Galen Frank, Naomi Faye Franklin (Frank), Shirley Ann Schnautz (Frank) and Richard W. Frank. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
After moving to Sailor Springs, Illinois, she did secretarial work with the Historic Sailor Springs Foundation, as well as other part time secretarial work for various businesses.
