She is survived by: her children, Brian Forsythe (Erika) of Mequon, WI, Brent Forsythe of Camp Point, Brad Forsythe of Pontiac and Rebecca Forsythe (Ryan Kleinik) of Troy; her grandchildren, Lauren and Garrett Forsythe; and her siblings, Paul Schreacke (Terri) of Quincy, Vickie Wilson (Roger) of Clayton and Kristy Oster (Mike) of Robertsville, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
