He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Mills and Florence Mills (Anderson); his wife Mary Lou Rau; and his daughter Debra (Wayne Ackerman). He is survived by : his sons, David Mills (Paula) of Clinton, IL and Daniel Mills (Sharon) of Clinton, IL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the DeWitt County 4-H Fair Association.
