It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice W. Day (Clinton, Illinois), who passed away on March 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl C. Day and Gladys Day (Ballance); and his son Melvin Day. He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Florey; his children, Michael Day (Kim) of Decatur, IL, Les Day (Jenny) of Maroa, IL and Pamela Vogel (John) of Decatur, IL; his granddaughters, Andrea Cullison, Stephanie Kiley, Heather Hodges and Melanie Casner; and his sisters, Carol Schove (Lonnie) of Normal, IL, Esther Crotchett of Springfield, IL and Margaret Grissom of Maroa, IL.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
