He was predeceased by : his father Leo "Paul" Foley. He is survived by : his mother Barbara Ann Foley (Bauer); his daughter Lilly Ann Foley of Coal City, IL; his stepsons, Dominick, Cameron and Vinny Foley; his brothers, Joseph Foley (Lori), Nicholas Foley (Mary) and Mathew Foley (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Samantha Woods (Bryan), Emily Foley, Tristan Foley, Alaina Foley and Jordan Foley.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Michael's name may be made to an education fund for his daughter Lilly.
