He was predeceased by: his parents, Quenten Longley and Shirley Longley (Hutchinson); and his sister Christine Helms. He is survived by: his former wife Lorraine Cornell; his wife Lori; his children, Amy Longley of Elgin, Carrie Longley of Orion, Kristin Longley (Brian Kenney) of Hinsdale, Nick Cornell, Nathan Cornell and Aubree Bearce (Heath); his grandchildren, Kyron, Kaydin, Jaylin, Gavin, Leah, Claire and Roman; his great grandchild Margaux; his niece Lori DePooter (Carl); and his nephews, Matthew Helms (Kathy) and Doug Helms (Tricia Kane).
