Lucy Starnes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2020, at the age of 85, Lucy Starnes of Coffeen, Illinois, born in Success, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward and Georgia Adeline Crook (Briggs); her husband Roy L. Starnes; and her son Steve Starnes. She is survived by: her children, Paula Van Hekken (Kenneth) of Belding, MI, Kelly Starnes of Coffeen, IL, Dennis Starnes (Marsha) of Punta Gorda, FL and Maureen Starnes (Ron Richards) of Shelbyville, IN; and her brother Paul Crook of Houston, TX.. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
