She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Eugene Riggins. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Melissa "Missy" Phillips; her son-in-law Kim Phillips (Colchester); and her grandchildren, Bret (Madison) and Emily VanSickle (Aaron) of Rochester, MN. She is also survived by spouses, along with 1 niece, 1 great niece, and 1 great nephew, 1 niece, 3 nephews, 1 great niece, and 7 great nephews.
