He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Edward James (Jesse); and his nephew Cody James Duff. He is survived by: his mother Frances Maxine James (Smith); his son Dylan Thomas James; his granddaughters, Kinzi Fae James and Emberly Faith James; his siblings, Jack Robert James and DeAnna Maxine Humphrey (James); his nieces and nephews, Jaclyn Nichole James, Kaley Maxine Humphrey and Payten Renee'Humphrey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Steven Jay Hart III, Olivia Marie Cundiff, Layne Austin Campbell and Anakin Oliver Brown.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Lawn Memory Gardens (10 Erwin Plegge Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010).
Memorials are suggested to the family in care of expenses.
