He is survived by: his mother Donna Lee Jeralds Rushing (Dawson) of Herrin; his brother Kent Scott; his sister-in-law Nancy Jeralds of Hixon, TN; his sister Joyce Riggs of Herrin; his brother-in-law Charles Lamb of Carterville; and his close friend Bryan Riekena of Colp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
