He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Middleton and Marlene A. Middleton; and his grandparents, Edward, Luly Middleton, Stanley and Lucretia Kipping.
He is survived by : his siblings, Debbie Seidel (Loren), Don Middleton (Vicki) and Carol Shelton (David); his nieces and nephews, Diana Lackritz (Max), Heather Seidel (James Casey), Lacey Shelton (Neal Loerch), Adam Middleton (Sarah), Aron Middleton (Joni) and Mike Middleton; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trent, Brendon, Reece, Drake, Reagan, Elliot, Graham, Mike Jr. and Jace; his uncle Ron Ahrens; and his aunts, Myrtle Walker and Macie Merhtens.
As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to: Human Support Services or the Family Private services will be held at a later date.
