She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Opal Irene Stanhouse; her children, Michael Neal (Renee), Elizabethe Rader (Russ) and Laura Oberkfell (Mark); her grandchildren, Dillon, Damion, Derek, Dominic, Devin Neal, Katelyn, Lucas Rader, Declan and Otto Oberkfell; her great grandchildren, Emberlyn and Evan; her siblings, William Stanhouse (Cheryl), Brenda Stanhouse (Jeff Hammel) and Mark Stanhouse (Jackie); and her father William O. Stanhouse. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kathy was co-owner of Accent Title, a member of C.R.O.W.N., and Delta Theta Tau, As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: Siteman Cancer Center.
