He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Forges and Margaret Des Forges. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jill Miller; his son Adam Des Forges (Leah); his grandchildren, Walker, Robert, Everett and Celia; and his sisters, Bernadette Palumbo (Charles), Yvonne Lenhardt (Robert), Adrienne Butler (Jon) and Madeline Janick (late Thomas). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
