He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hargrave and Eva Hargrave (Lewis); his wife Marilyn "Lynn" P. Boyd; his daughter Deborah Lynn Hargrave; and his siblings, Robert Hargrave, Betty Lou Jackson and Harriet Bealer.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Hargrave, Roger E. Hargrave (Dea), Milan and T. J. Hargrave; and his grandchildren, Tina Wallace, Jessica Hart, Erin Bannerman (Brad), Heather Doerr (John), Chad Hargrave and Maggie Olsen (Richard). He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews.
