She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Oscar and Minnie Belle Vancil (Brown); her spouse Loyce Clifford Smith; her son David Cundiff; and her siblings, Norma Calvert, Freda Browning, Eileen Sterns, Paul and Lloyd Vancil.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Hoff (David) of Dunedin, Florida and Michael Cundiff (Betsy) of Venice, Florida; her brother R. D. "Sam" Vancil (Jean) of Crainville; and her grandchildren, Michelle Sames (Richard) of Caseyville, Cathy Phelps (Dan) of Stacy, Scott Cundiff (Dee) of Elk River and Samuel Hoff of Clearwater, Florida. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and 7 great great-grandchildren.
