She was predeceased by: her parents, George Adams and Lorene Adams (Sanders); her son Marc D. Simmons; her brothers, Billy Wayne Adams and Leroy Adams (Dorothy "Leelee"); and her brother-in-law Danny Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Donald R. Simmons; her daughters, Lila Elaine Neely (Bill) of Vienna, Deanna Lynn Bremer (David) of Metropolis and Laura Jean Rawlinson (Ron) of Kaufman, Texas; and her siblings, Bonnie Davis of Springfield, Georgia Mae Williams (Dave) of Butler, David Adams (Sally) of Hillsboro, Robert Adams (Cathy) of Butler, John Adams (Charlene) of Altha and Barbra Jean Flitz of Litchfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
