It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Offermann (Crest Hill, Illinois), who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Tommy, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Greg (Pam), Jeff (Penny) and Joe Offermann (Mara); and his siblings, Denny Offerman, Gary Offerman (Linda), Sue Bolte (Ken) and Claire.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
