He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys; and his siblings, Dave, Case (late Jean), Frank, Hank, Bill and Helen Borgman.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Jane Miltzow, Muriel Wideman (Phil) and Joyce Persenaire. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mr. Persenaire's name to the Ugandan Orphanage Relief Fund.
