He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy L. Johnson and Mary Johnson (Whitfield); and his brothers, Harold L. Johnson (Sally), Jimmy Lee Johnson (Barbara) and Gerald W. Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Jamison; his pets, Sophie and Caboo; his children, Janelle Venet (Michael) of Crystal Lake, IL, Lorrie Wohlfeil (Michael) of Crystal Lake, IL, David Johnson (Miel) of Arlington Heights, IL and Brian Johnson of Crystal Lake, IL; his grandchildren, Austin Butler, Logan Butler, Mason, Hannah, Christian Wohlfeil, Sam, Charlie and Dashiell; and his sister-in-law Pamela Johnson.
