She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rutz and Martha Rutz; her husband John W. Erickson; and her sisters, Hertha Staiger and Margaret Rutz.

She is survived by: her sons, John (Linda), Jim (Judy) and Bill Erickson (Beth); and her grandchildren, Dana Blasko (Mike), Ryan Erickson (Joy), Jennifer Teich (Andrew), Kenneth Erickson, Christina Dube (Jamie) and Brian Hilligoss (Audrey). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Liz's memory to Bethany Lutheran Church, 76 W Crystal Lake Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
