She was predeceased by: her husband Dante. She is survived by: her children, Michele Knaizer (Howard), Susan Condon, Patrice Langford (Robert), Laurene Bucci, Jodie Proschwitz (Kenneth), Michael (Mary), Mark (Shannon) and Nicholas (Kellie). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and thirty-five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Carol's name to the Alzheimer's Association is appreciated.
