He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles "Chuck" Cunningham; his aunt Brooks; his uncles, Charles Cunningham and Sean Malone; and his cousin David Charles Malone.
He is survived by: his parents, Linda Jesse and Perry Jesse; his siblings, Amy Baron (Scott), Jessica (Villalobos), Nicole and Christopher Cunningham; his children, Anastacia Weber (Stacy), Grace Cunningham and Cailie Cunningham; his siblings' children, Michele Vollmer, Haley Cunningham, Brianna Villalobos and Cameron Cunningham; his uncles, David Malone (Linda), Eric Cunningham and Greg Jesse; his aunt Coleen O'Keefe; and his grandmother Ann Cunningham.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for his children.
