It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Phalin of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in McHenry, Illinois, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Arline (Svoboda); his children, Tom and Sandy; and his grandson Joel Moen. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Moen (Stephan), Lori of Oswego, IL, Timothy of Crystal Lake and Michael (Andrea) of Harrisburg, IL; and his grandchildren, Ryan Moen (Tara), Christa, Connor, Cooper Phalin and Kelsey Wilson. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
