It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erlene Sorensen of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Binder and Ruth Binder; her husband James; and her sister Donna. She is survived by: her children, Michael Sorensen (Linda), Kathryn Tissing (Michael), Christopher Sorensen (Jane) and Jeffrey Sorensen (Stacey); her grandchildren, Daniel, Ashley Meyers (Brad), Trent and Christian; her great grandchildren, CJ and Grace; and her siblings, Dennis, James, Patricia and Peggy.
