She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Johnston Blakely (Patty), Roberta Kasper (Adrian) and William Blakely (Nancy); and her grandchildren, Theresa, Tom, Alan, Richard, Ryan, Marissa and Christopher. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
