With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerrilynn Mazurk of Crystal Lake, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Uryasz and Geraldine Uryasz. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Brian Mazurk (Sara), Rebecca Scholle (Dustin) and Nathan Mazurk; her grandchildren, Sophie, Lyla Mazurk, Tyler Seda, Elaina and Bradley Scholle; and her siblings, Jim Uryasz (Barbara), Dan Uryasz and Cindy Russell (Jon). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
