He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl and Clara Marie Cristy; his siblings, John, Kenneth Jr., Donald Cristy and Bobette Fossum; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Cristy and Nancy Fjellstedt.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Leeann Slack (Steve) and Sandra Kinahan (Kevin); his grandchildren, Kyle, Curtis, Colin (Sarah), Christopher Slack and Patrick Kinahan; his great grandchild Gabriel Slack; and his brother William Cristy (Doris).
