With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Elizabeth Christensen of Crystal Lake, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Carolyn Behling and Hubert Behling; her husband Robert Christensen; and her son Eric Christensen. She is survived by : her daughters, Jill Albertsen (Kurt), Jane Moty (Patrick) and Amy Caltry (John); her grandchildren, Scott Albertsen (Katie), Kate Bailey (Michael), Brian Albertsen (Amanda), Bridget Browder (Kurt), Stuart, Claire Moty, Michael, Jack, Maya and Kevin Caltry; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Audrey Bailey, Sloan Albertsen and Cole Albertsen. She is also survived by her sisters, a brother, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and life-long friends.
