She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Miller and Frances Miller; her husband Theodore Dass; her brother-in-law Ronald Johnson; her sister Patricia Burger Swearingen; and her stepson Jamie Dass.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Wurl; her friend Theodore Dass (Ted); her children, Karen Wurl and Michael Wurl; her sister Doris Johnson; her grandchildren, Tara Thoma, Valerie Jane Thoma (Matthew Mammola), Helen Herbst LaStar, Eric Wurl and Amy Wurl; her great grandchild Elam LaStar; her stepchildren, Todd Dass, Heidi Martin (Jeff), Keith Dass (Carmen) and Dana Erin Dass Jenkins; and her stepgrandchildren, Frances Martin, Sarah Martin, Jamie Jenkins, Wesley Jenkins, Catcher Jenkins and Axl Jenkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
