He was predeceased by: his daughter Sara Oehmke; his grandson Brendan Flynn; and his siblings, Arlene Dahl and Virgene Pokorny. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Oehmke; his children, John Oehmke, Gretchen Prudhomme (Ernie) and Kristine Oehmke; his grandchildren, Ashley Mace (Warren), Brittany Oehmke (Matt Walter), Tierney Flynn and Evan Flynn (Kristen Chavarria); and his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Thompson (Richard) and Nicholas Prudhomme (Jessica).
