She is survived by: her mother Ann Packard; her husband Greg Walczak; her daughter Michelle Ferguson; her grandson Dayton; her stepgrandchildren, Kayla, Hannah and Mya; her brothers, Jon Packard (Sue) and Richard Packard (Julie); her sister-in-law Jackie Slater; her nieces and nephews, Wesley Packard (Ashley), Stacy Inman (Rick), Heather Packard, Daniel Slater and Nicole Slater; and her friend Annie Brewer.
