He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaas Zwart and Rebeca Zwart; and his son Remco Zwart. He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Kearns; his children, Taco Zwart (Natalie), Wiebe Zwart, Stephanie Diaz (Eduardo) and Jonathan Kearns; his grandchildren, Lucy, Frank Zwart, Genavieve and Delilah Diaz; and his siblings, Toos Zwart, Karel Zwart (Annalies) and Wiebe Zwart (Elizabeth). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
