He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Carmody and Jean Carmody. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his daughter Brenna Stewart (Tristan) of Crystal Lake; his grandchildren, Eleanor, Penelope and Chesney Stewart; and his siblings, Mary Moerdick (Chuck), Michael Carmody (Nancy) and Thomas Carmody. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
