She is survived by: her mother Yong Cha Hayden (Kim); her husband Michael Centano; her children, Bradley, Brandon, Brenden, Kiana and Brennen; her siblings, Breck Hayden (Jennifer) and Kimberly Neiss; and her nieces and nephews, Jake, Kylie, Michael, Tyler, Madison, Josh, Jourdan and Tayelor. She is also survived by five children.
