He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary Stickelmaier. He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Lee Ames; his daughter Christine Lee Crockett; his grandchildren, Ansley Rogers of Supply, David Rogers of Durham and Daniel Ross of Corte Madera, California.; his great grandchildren, Eveline and Preston; and also, David Rogers and Andrea Winkler.
