He is survived by: his wife Penny Schultz; his children, Joe Keegan (Katy), Nick Schultz, Hannah Schultz and Addisyn Schultz; his grandchildren, Brantley Tatro and Kelly Keegan; his mother Linda Schultz; his sister Kimberly Schultz (Adrienne); and his siblings-in-law, Don Bounds (Sandy) and Wendy Kerlin (Doug).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to NISRA, 285 Memorial Dr, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
