She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Braatz and Ruth of Burlington, WI.; her stepmother Ilma Braatz; her siblings, Glenn Braatz and Sharon Riemer; and her stepbrothers, Joe and Ernie Enockson.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Jacobson; her children, Michael Jacobson (Laura) of Crystal Lake, Steven Jacobson (Tiffanie) of Crystal Lake, Jenifer Keck (Jody) of Crystal Lake and James Jacobson (Kelly) of Phoenix; her sister Alice Gustafson (Braatz) of Phoenix; her stepbrother Bill Enockson; her brother-in-law Rev. Donald Riemer of Chandler, AZ; her grandchildren, Kera Sanchez (Michael), Mikey Jacobson, Aiden, Breanne Keck, Clara, Emma Jacobson, Bryce and Drew Jacobson; and her great grandchild Chloe Sanchez.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Lupus Foundation of America or the Arthritis Foundation.
